Special Events to Keep You Motivated


At the Grind House, we will host a variety of special events throughout the year. These events are designed to keep you motivated, challenge your limits, and help you meet new friends. Here are some of the highlights:


Fitness Challenges


Our fitness challenges are a great way to push yourself and see real results. Each challenge lasts for a month and includes different workouts, nutrition tips, and weekly check-ins.


  • Monthly Themes: Each month focuses on a different aspect of fitness, such as strength training, cardio, or flexibility.


Mom and Dad Classes on top of Youth Training


We offer a range of classes that cater to all fitness levels, including Moms with Muscles, and a Dad Bod class. These sessions are led by knowledgeable trainers who are passionate about helping you and our players succeed.


  • Moms with Muscles: we will focus on all levels of fitness by doing HIIT trainings and WODs.


  • Nutrition Advice: Learn how to fuel your body with the right foods. We will provide practical tips and meal plans for moms, dads, and the athletes.


Community Events


Building a community is at the heart of our Urban Gym. We host events that bring members together, such as:


  • Outdoor Boot Camps: Join us for a fun workout in the park. These sessions are perfect for all fitness levels and will be a nice way to get some fresh air and a different scenery.



Softball Clinics:


Stay tuned for our quarterly softball clinics. I will host several fielding/hitting/catching softball clinics throughout the year.
